| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了信息与档案的关系、开发档案信息资源的重要性和迫切性.把对档案的利用提高到开发信息资源的高度来认识,并且提出一些开发档案信息资源的可取方法.指出档案工作者应该掌握现代化管理知识,以适应信息化社会的要求.本文主要观点无论是档案工作还是档案工作者,都要适应信息化社会的发展趋势.
