Corporate Governance and Protection of Medium and Small Investors' Rights and Interests in China

To protect the investors' rights and interests is the principal goal of corporate governance. This paper analyzes the relationship between corporate governance and protection of the medium and small investors' rights and interests, and sets forth that the imperfection of the listed companies' corporate governance is the deep reason that the medium and small investors' rights and interests in our country are infringed frequently. Then it suggests that to proceed with perfection of the listed company corporate governance, our country should improve the relative laws and regulations to construct a manifold mechanism and protect the medium and small investors' rights and interests.
