Local influence in multivariate normal data

The local influence method introduced by Cook is adapted to multivariate normal data for the purpose of detecting outliers. The method allows simultaneous perturbations on all observations, so that it can identify multiple outliers. An illustrative example is given to show the e ectiveness of the method for the identification of influential observations.
