| 摘 要： | 随着智慧城市建设在全国各地如火如荼的展开,智慧城市顶层设计的重要性越发凸显。然而,顶层设计自身也逐渐暴露出一些问题。本文结合智慧城市建设的实践经验,在给出智慧城市顶层设计总体思路的同时,分析总结了当前顶层设计存在的若干误区。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the construction of Smart City is conducted all over the country. The importance of conceptual design has been realized. However, since the Smart City is a new thing and its conceptual design has no previous successful experience, some problems＂ emerge. In this paper, we draw the ideas of conceptual design of Smart City from our practice, and figure out how it suffers from some serious misunderstandings. |
