省情资料中灰色文献的开发利用

在省情资料中，“灰色文献”，无论就其数量还是其重要性而言，都占有特殊的地位，起着公开出版的文献不可替代的作用。因此，关注省情资料中的灰色文献的收集与开发利用研究，有着重要的意义。要从认识上、制度上、组织机构、方法手段等多方综合面考虑，搞好省情资料中灰色文献的资源建设与开发利用。

Study on Developing & Utilizing Gray Literature of Provincial Data

For provincial data, both in volume and importance, ＂Gray Literature＂ plays an important role and unique status which published literature cannot reach. Therefore, it is very important to focus on collecting, develo- ping, utilizing and researching of gray literature in provincial level. We, accordingly, need to study the system, organization and means of collecting and maintaining the data so that we could use the gray literature efficently.
