| 摘 要： | 联合国是20世纪最具代表性、规模最大、活动内容最为广泛的国际组织,至今仍在国际舞台发挥重要作用。但是,由于资金短缺,严重制约其作用的发挥;组织结构和运行机制不完善,使联合国蒙上阴影;加上世人过多的期望,更使它不堪重负。

However,the role of the UN is limited in this post-Cold War era,as the UN is short of money,overburdened,and imperfect in structure and operational mechanism. |
