| 摘 要： | 中国“入世”对于中国企业及其管理将产生巨大的影响 ,带来巨大的挑战。“入世”后的中国企业必须主动回应 ,确立正确的管理模式 ,实施人本管理。本文进一步论述了人本管理的内涵及其实施 ,这对“入世”后中国企业管理具有一定的现实指导意义
