| 摘 要： | 常德市存在的主要生态问题有:森林覆盖率低,水土流失较为严重;生态系统完整性脆弱,生物多样性降低;污染负荷持续增长,环境自净能力差;城市景观高度破碎,城市生态网络破缺;洪涝围垦干扰,洪水调蓄能力下降。常德市生态建设的可持续发展对策主要为:加强景观生态规划,优化景观布局;加强生态系统调控,提高生态承载力;突出薄弱环节,加大污染治理和建设力度;转换经营观念,树立生态建设导向;内化外部经济,建立生态补偿机制;提高监督管理能力,强化监管措施和手段。

| Abstract: | Based on ecological sensitivity and the landscape spatial heterogeneity,ecological functional types in Changde city is classified.By analyzing,the main ecological problems are follow:lower forest cover,serious soil erosion,bad ecosystem integrity,lower biodiversity,serious pollution,poor environment self-purification ability,highly broken urban landscape and urban ecological networks,declined flood storage capacity,on basis of which the ecological construction of sustainable development. |
