| 摘 要： | 本文指出,我国亟需建立商业秘密保护法律制度.商业秘密保护立法是现代技术经济发展的本能需求,而我国目前的法律状况与之极不相符.本文分析了商业秘密保护立法的背景情况以及几个立法前必须解决的问题,并简要提出了立法框架的建议.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author believes that, to protect economic secrets, China is in need of a prompt legislation, a natural outcome of development of modern technical economics. However, the legislative situation in China today is far from satisfying. To pave the way for its alteration, the author of the paper analyses the social background for such a law, some problems to be solved prior to its introduction, and suggests her framework for this legislation. |
