| 摘 要： | 以孔孟为代表的儒家学说,历经两千多年的社会、国家管理经验,已形成一套独具特色的管理系统,成为中华传统文化重要的精神源泉。将儒家智慧中以人为本,以德治为基石,天人合一等思想精髓作现代诠释,可针对现代管理尤其是企业管理中存在的诸多现实问题,构建基于儒家思想视域的现代管理模式及其实施对策。
