| 摘 要： | 经济法律规范中除有义务性法律规范和授权性法律规范外,还存在大量的提倡性法律规范,此乃经济法律规范的特征之一。提倡性法律规范不同于义务性规范和授权性规范,它是法律确立的道德化规范。提倡性规范是企业社会责任法律化的主要规范形式。

| Abstract: | The criterions of Economic Law not only have compulsory criterions and enabling criterions,but also have many advocated criterions,which is one of the characters of the criterion of Economic Law.There are quite differences between advocated criterion and compulsory criterion and enabling criterion.The advocated criterion is transitional form between ethical criterion and legal criterion.The advocated criterion must be used in the legislation of the corporate social responsibility. |
