| 摘 要： | 西方主要发达国家的征地制度曾历经较长时期的改革,积累了一些对我国有较大借鉴价值的做法。本文结合我国征地制度实施的具体实践,从界定公益范围、完善征地补偿机制、规范征地程序三方面着手,提出了与我国当前社会经济发展背景相适应的征地制度改革措施。

| Abstract: | The land requisition system of the main Western developed countries has gone through a long time's reform and development,and its many good methods are worth using for reference to us.This paper brings forward a reform idea adapted to our current social economy status from drawing a dividing line of public interests area,perfecting the compensate mechanism of land requisition and normalizing the land requisition procedure according to our country's reality. |
