Research on the Synergistic Functions of Family Convention Construction in Rural Social Governance

Rural social governance cannot work without the involvement of good family conventions nurtured by the fami- lies. A flexible command of the synergistic relationship between rural family convention construction and the transformation and development of rural social governance is the key factor to promote the transformation of governance in rural areas. With the above perception, this paper takes rural family convention construction and rural social governance as the re- search object and conducts detailed analyses of the synergistic relationship between rural family convention construction and rural social governance in the aspects of mutual advancement and restriction. From the perspective of synergism, this paper puts forward proposals and policies for the construction of rural family conventions and the transformation and devel- opment of rural social governance from four respects of maintaining advantages, developing economy, cultivating good fam- ily conventions and implementing supportive policies, so as to propel rural social governance to a new level.
