| 摘 要： | 随着远程教育的快速发展,高校的校外教学中心也越来越多、越来越广.如何更合理有效地解决不同地域不同时间的报名、注册等问题,成为影响高校远程教育横向发展的一个至关重要的问题.计算机技术和计算机网络的飞速发展为此提供了条件,基于B/S模式的网络教育招生报名系统在此基础上应运而生.
