| 摘 要： | 探讨高校协同育人模式构建状况。在系统论视野下，对高校辅导员、高校专业教师、高校机关部门人员、家长、社会机构人员、学生等育人工作现状进行了分析，对协同育人模式进行重新构建。围绕“以学生为本”教育理念和“全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人”的育人工作格局，从协同育人内容、协同育人队伍、协同环境支撑角度提出提升策略，以形成协同育人效应。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the situation of constructing the cooperative Education Mode in institutions of higher learning. Based on the view of System Theory, we analyze the educational conditions of university counselors, professional teachers, department personnel, parents, social institutions and students to reconstruct the Cooperative Education Mode. Based on student-centered educational philosophy, the working pattern of ＂education on all the people, in all the process and in an all-round way＂, we come up with the improving strategies and the cooperative education effect from the perspective of its content, team and environment. |
