| 摘 要： | 《桂苑笔耕集》记录了唐末不少历史事件和历史人物，保存了许多我国正史失载的原始材料，是今人研究晚唐历史和晚唐文学珍贵的第一手资料。中华书局出版了党银平先生的校注本，其中的校注偶有可商之处，文章考辨了几个佛教词语，以希能为该书的再版修订提供参考。
