| 摘 要： | 近几年高等教育招生规模迅速扩大 ,教学资源相对短缺 ,教学质量问题日益突出。本文剖析了大学扩招后存在的一些教学质量隐患 ,提倡进一步加强教学质量意识 ,对一些相关的教学管理理论和管理理念进行了分析探讨 ,提出了进一步提高教学质量的措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid augmentation of the enrollment scale of higher education in recent years, the teaching resources have become relatively scarce, and thus the problem of teaching quality is growing critical. This article analyzes the hidden causes degrading teaching quality after the universities' enrollment augmentation, and meanwhile advocates strengthening the sense of teaching quality. In addition, through a close study of the theories and ideals of teaching management, the present author put forward the counter measures to improve teaching quality. |
