| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着高等教育规模的不断发展,研究生教育如何贯彻落实科学发展观,根据经济和社会发展需要培养高素质的人才,已经成为我们要认真研究的一个重要课题。本文运用灰色模型GM(1,1)理论,结合东北老工业基地发展战略和吉林省经济发展“十一五”计划,仅就2005-2010年吉林省管理学科研究生的社会需求情况进行了预测分析,并且从提高能力、改革教学模式二个大方面,提出管理学科研究生的培养对策。
