| 摘 要： | 西藏全面建设小康社会中宗教问题长期存在,有其自然、经济、认识等诸方面根源,其特殊复杂性与深刻的政治背景和复杂的历史背景及现实国际斗争相联系。正确处理西藏宗教问题,根本途径是促进西藏经济社会的跨越式发展;同时要全面贯彻我们党的宗教信仰自由政策,加大依法管理宗教事务的力度;加强马克思主义宗教观的宣传教育,积极引导西藏宗教与社会主义社会相适应。

| Abstract: | The religious problem during the Tibetan development to a well-off society exists over a long period of time owning to its natural, economic, cognitive and other various factors, its special complexity contact with deep political background and complicated history background and international conflict actualities mutually. To properly handle Tibetan religious problem, the basic path is to accelerate the leap-forward development of Tibet economy and society; At the same time carry through completely our Party's freedom policy in religious belief, strengthen the management of religious business to adapt to our socialism society. |
