| 摘 要： | 亲权是民法中身份权的一种,它以保护未成年子女的利益为其唯一目的。亲权包括对未成年的子女身份上和财产上的权利义务。亲权立法对预防未成年人犯罪具有十分重要的意义熏我国应该借鉴国外立法,加强亲权方面的立法,以更好地预防未成年人犯罪。

| Abstract: | Parental power is one of the rights of identity,the only aim of which is to protect underage children.Parental power includes a lot of rights and obligations for underage children.Its establishment is important to prevent the juvenile delinquency.We should use the experience of other countries for reference and strengthen the legislation about parental power in order to prevent the juvenile delinquency better. |
