不同饵料对虎鲨生长的影响及淀粉酶活性变化的研究

摘    要:本试验在网箱养殖条件下 ,用鲜猪肺和颗粒饲料饲喂虎鲨。 30d后 ,经测定投喂鲜猪肺的平均相对生长率为 2 5 7% ,饵料系数为 4 .6 ;投喂颗粒饲料的平均相对生长率为 32 7% ,饵料系数为 0 .99。经方差分析表明 ,两种饵料饲喂虎鲨的差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。试验同时测定了小规格鱼种、大规格鱼种、成鱼各生长阶段虎鲨的肝胰脏、胃和肠淀粉酶的活性 ,结果表明 :同一规格不同组织间淀粉酶的活性依次是胃 >肠 >肝胰脏 ;不同规格同一组织间淀粉酶的活性表现为肝胰脏和肠是由低到高后再降低的过程 ,而胃淀粉酶的活性则是由高到低的过程。

Abstract:At the condition of net cage culture after 30 days, the relative average rate of growth of Pangasius polyuranodon feeded with fresh pig lung was 257%, feed factor was 4.6;which feeded with pellet was 327%,feed factor was 0.99. The difference was not significant in analysis of variance(P>0.05). The amylolytic enzyme activity of liver pancreas,stomach and intestines was measured in the different growing stage of the fry and the juvenile and the adult fish of Pangasius polyuranodon. The result showed that the amylolytic enzyme activity of the different tissue in the same sized fish was stomach>intestines>liver and pancreas; The amylolytic enzyme activity of same tissue of liver pancreas and intestines in the different sized fish was from low to high and to low again, and the amylolytic enzyme activity of stomach was from high to low.
