草珊瑚低温半致死温度对自然降温的适应

摘    要:以草珊瑚为材料 ,研究了其叶片低温半致死温度与自由基清除系统随气温下降的变化。结果表明 ,低温半致死温度降低的同时 ,SOD、POX活性增强 ,VitC含量增加 ,使自由基清除系统的清除能力加强 ,O2 .- 水平降低 ,MDA含量下降。自由基清除系统的适应性变化导致低温半致死温度的下降是抗寒性提高的生理基础

Abstract:The test investigated the changes of the semilethal temperature and free radical scavenging system of S. glabra(Thunb.)Nakai leaves as temperature falls. The results showed that the semilethal temperature decreased. While the activity of SOD,POX and the content of Vit C increased, leading to the increase of the ability of the scavenging free radical. In this way the level of O 2 .- and the content of MDA decreased. The decline of the semilethal temperature caused by the changes of free radical scavenging system was the foundation of the raised cold resistance ability.
