| 摘 要： | 本文报道了新城疫油活混合疫苗的制备及对 7日龄和 90日龄鸡的免疫试验。油活混合疫苗免疫 7日龄 (母源抗体为 3.4 6log2 )鸡后产生的抗体水平与传统的油佐剂灭活苗间差异极显著(p <0 .0 1) ;免疫 90日龄 (抗体水平为 7log2 )鸡后 ,与传统的油佐剂灭活苗间差异不显著 (p >0 .0 5 ) ,但二者都在抗体产生速度及维持时间上优于传统油佐剂灭活疫苗。结果表明 :新城疫油活混合疫苗优于传统油乳剂灭活疫苗

| Abstract: | The immune response of combined vaccine of killed Lasota strain vaccine and its inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine was investigated in 7 and 90 days old chickens. Before injection of vaccine, the antibody titers in 7 and 90 days old chicken serum detected by hemagglutination inhibition were 3.46 log2 and 7 log2 respectively. The difference of the HI antibody titers between the 7 day-old chickens inoculated with the combined vaccine and inactivated oil adjuant vaccine was significant (p<0.01), but not significant in 90 day-old chickens (p>0.05). It also demonstrated that the combined vaccine was superior to inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine in the velocity of antibody production and the protection period of antibody. |
