南北朝扬、徐等州的行政区划与“苏北落后于苏南”的历史成因

与东晋十六国时期相比，南北朝的对峙争战态势实已发生根本性转折，由大致上相持平衡逐渐变为南弱北强，双方在边界东段亦即今属江苏地域的扬、徐等州发生多次大规模激烈的争战，导致行政区划和建置变动频繁，十分紊乱。本文尝试分三个阶段对此进行复原，同时也对“苏北落后于苏南”现象的历史成因问题重新进行探讨。

Administrative Divisions of Yangzhou,Xuzhou and Other Districts in the Period of the South and North Dynasties and the Historical Causes of "the Northern Region Lagging behind the Southern Region of Jiangsu Province

Different from the period of the sixteen states of East Jin, the confrontation and fighting in the period of the South and North Dynasties took a radical turn, from a rough balance to a North-Stronger and South-Weaker. Several large-scale bloody battles between the South Dynasty and the North Dynasty took place in the eastern section of the border in Yangzhou, Xuzhou and some other districts now belonging to Jiangsu Province, which resulted in frequent changes and a great deal of confusion in administrative divisions. This paper attempts to recover this issue in three phases and to re-explore the historical causes of the phenomenon of the northern region lagging behind the southern region of Jiangsu Province.
