2016年中国高职高专院校竞争力评价与分析

摘    要:科学评价有利于促进中国高等教育改革,推进高职高专院校建设与发展.2016年中国科学评价研究中心在多年研究的基础上,构建全新的指标体系,以中国1 336所高职高专院校(含民办高职高专308所)为对象,从多角度进行评价与分析,得出以下结论:地域差距尤其是地区人口与经济差距影响高职高专院校的教育水平;除个别院校外,高职高专院校竞争力阶段内差异不明显;民办高职院校综合竞争力的平均水平尚未达到全国平均水平,而人才培养则是导致这一差距的重要原因.

Abstract:Scientific evaluation is conducive to promoting the reform of higher education in China and the construction and development of higher vocational colleges.In 2016,the Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation established a new index system on the basis of many years'' research,and evaluated and analyzed 1336 higher vocational colleges (including 308 private higher vocational colleges) from multiple perspectives.Results showed that:regional disparity,especially regional population and economic disparity,affects the educational level of higher vocational colleges; except for some institutions,the differences in competitiveness of higher vocational colleges are not obvious in the same stage; the average level of comprehensive competitiveness of private higher vocational colleges has not yet reached the national average,which is caused by talent cultivation.
