| 摘 要： | 论述了打击证人罪的解释涉及宪法,刑事诉讼法等相关法律,本文以此为基点对本罪的保护法益,犯罪行为侵害的对象及犯罪行为实施时间等问题进行分析论证。通过对本罪的相关问题的分析力求使对本罪的解释与其立法设定价值相合,同时倡导法律工作者在刑法解释中应当使刑法更加安全。
