| 摘 要： | 在社会主义现代化建设的新时期,邓小平从解决中国社会的主要矛盾和社会现实中的大局出发阐明了政治的基本含义,并从三个层次提出了衡量政治搞得好坏的标准,他坚持将政治和利益结合起来,把人民群众的根本利益作为制定各项方针政策的出发点和归宿,丰富和发展了马克思主义的政治价值观。

| Abstract: | In the new period of socialist construction, Deng Xiaoping expounded the basic meaning of politics by resolving the principal contradiction of the Chinese society and put forward the standards to evaluate politics from three aspects. He insisted that politics should be combined with interests and that genera] and specific policies should be made in accordance with the interests of the people, thus enriching and developing the Marxist political value concept. |
