中小学教师心理卫生问题及对策研究

采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90),通过分层抽样对河南省中小学在职教师进行测评,研究分析河南省中小学教师心理卫生状况。研究结果表明:教师心理健康水平显著低于全国成人常模,心理问题检出率17.52%,其中强迫、恐怖、精神病性、躯体化、焦虑表现最为明显;男女教师间比较无显著差异;农村教师心理健康差于城市教师,存在显著差异;小学教师心理健康水平优于初中教师,高中教师最差;36岁以上的教师心理问题较多。教师心理问题不容忽视。

On Orthopsychiatry of Secondary School and Elementary School Teachers

This research gives an analysis of the mental hygiene of the elementary and secondary school teachers of Henan Province by means of "Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90) and tests and evaluations of different levels. The results showed the mental hygiene level of the teachers is obviously lower than that of the ordinary adults, with 17.52% having psychological problems such as pressure, fear, health condition and anxiety. There is no obvious contrast between male teachers and female teachers, but the mental hygiene of the teachers in rural areas is poorer. The level of the mental hygiene of the elementary school teachers is better than that of the secondary school teachers. The high school teachers have the lowest level. The teachers above 36 years old suffer from more mental problems. Therefore the mental problems of the teachers should not be neglected.
