| 摘 要： | 二战结束以来,环境问题逐渐成为全球政治、经济、文化活动中相当重要的内容,它在国际关系领域中的影响正在不断提升。笔者阐述了环境问题在中日关系中的作用不断增强的历史轨迹,从国际趋势和中日自身的经济、政治、环境需求分析了其作用不断增强的原因及其对中日关系发展未来的影响,并提出将环境合作作为推动中日关系的突破口和新的增长点。

| Abstract: | Environmental problems affect China-Japan relations much more now than before. After describing the historical development of environmental associations between China and Japan, this paper tries to analyze the reasons of increasing importance of environmental problems and its influences on the future development of China-Japan relations from such respects as international tendency, economic, political and environmental needs of China and Japan individually. Finally, it advances that environmental cooperation may act as a new power to push China-Japan relations. |
