| 摘 要： | 本文以冷战后核不扩散问题的演变为依据,对核不扩散机制的效果受大国关系影响的特点进行了较为系统的研究,既肯定了大国关系影响核不扩散机制效果的合法性部分,又指出了核不扩散机制在大国关系作用下面临的困境。本文在理论层面探析了大国关系影响国际机制效果的一般原理,在现实层面揭示了冷战后核不扩散问题的走势,从而帮助人们透过核不扩散问题加深对全球政治的理论和现实图景的认识。

| Abstract: | Based on a thorough examination of evolution of non-proliferation issues after the Cold War,the paper systematically studies the effectiveness of Non-proliferation Regime(NPR) under the influence imposed by big powers.It recognizes the legitimacy of the influence,but at the same time,it also points out the dilemma which NPR faces.The paper discusses the general theory of effectiveness of NPR under the influence imposed by big powers and predicts the future trend of Non-proliferation after the Cold War. |
