摘    要:坚持社会发展与人的发展的辩证统一、寻求理性主义与功利主义价值观之间的融合和平衡 ,是我国高等教育人才培养模式改革的“应然”的价值取向。“科学·文化·人生·创造”四位一体的高等教育人才培养总目标是科学与人文实质性的融合 ,德、智、体、美相互渗透、协调发展 ,突出实践能力和创造能力的一种最佳的组合和表达方式。新目标是以素质教育思想、文化哲学、高等教育哲学、当代生存论哲学以及创造心理学等相关理论为理论依据 ,彰显了四位一体目标的科学性与合理性。

Abstract:China's training pattern reform of Higher education is certain to value the dialectical unity of the development of the society and the trainees and the smelting and balance between rational and utilitarian values. The quadruple unity of "science, culture, life, and creation", as the general training aim for higher education, is the best way to combine science and humanities essentially, to coordinate the development of morality, mentality, healthy body, and aesthetic appreciation, and to give prominence to practicality and creativity. Based on theories such as quality education, cultural philosophy, higher education philosophy, contemporary survival philosophy and creative psychology, the new aim is a scientific and reasonable combination of four factors.
