China's training pattern reform of Higher education is certain to value the dialectical unity of the development of the society and the trainees and the smelting and balance between rational and utilitarian values. The quadruple unity of "science, culture, life, and creation", as the general training aim for higher education, is the best way to combine science and humanities essentially, to coordinate the development of morality, mentality, healthy body, and aesthetic appreciation, and to give prominence to practicality and creativity. Based on theories such as quality education, cultural philosophy, higher education philosophy, contemporary survival philosophy and creative psychology, the new aim is a scientific and reasonable combination of four factors.
