关于推进农民就业企业化的若干思考

针对目前农民严峻的就业形势，从人多地少的特殊国情、农民进城打工局限性的日益凸显、深化农村改革的必然要求、加快我国城镇化建设的发展需要等多个视角，分析了我国推进农民就业企业化的客观必然性，提出了进一步拓展农民就业企业化的四条途径和必须高度重视的四个问题。

Running the Employment of Farmers on a Commercial Basis

In view of the serious current situation of farmers' employment in China, the objective necessity of running the employment of farmers on a commercial basis is analyzed from several perspectives: the special situation of a large population but limited land, the increasingly apparent limitations of farmers' doing temporary jobs in cities, the necessity of deepening the countryside reform, the developing need to accelerate the urban construction. Four ways to further develop the practice of running farmers' employment on a commercial basis are put forth and four issues that have to be attached great importance to are also presented for discussion.
