液体密度变化的非接触法监控

摘    要:平面声波垂直入射于介质分界面上时,其振幅的反射系数和透射系数会因界面两边介质声阻的差异而改变。根据这一原理,将探头垂直安放于容器壁外表面,测量容器壁内表面的反射声振幅,可以测量容器中液体的声阻,从而达到测量液体密度,实现液体密度(浓度)变化自动控制的目的。

Abstract:The reflectivity and transmissivity of amplitude change with the acoustic resistances of media located in both sides of interface, when a plane harmonic wave reaches perpendicularly an interface of two media. According to this principle, it is capable of measuring the liquid density through the medium of the determination of liquid acoustic resistance, that is determined by the agency of the measurement of acoustic amplitude to be reflected by the inside surface of container with installing an acoustic probe upon the outside surface of container, and we the liquid density can be controlled automatically.
