| 摘 要： | 国家现行公文处理办法未对上行文"机关代字"作出明确规定,致使目前上行文"机关代字"存在一些混乱现象,这不仅不利于公文的规范化管理,而且还给公文教学和写作带来混乱.在分析了上述问题的基础上,提出了规范使用上行文"机关代字"的建议.

| Abstract: | "The organ's code name" in permission request document has not been clearly regulated in the existing national measures of official documents.This has led to some chaos which is not benefit for standardizing management of official documents and brought some confusion to official document teaching and writing.According to the analysis,some advices are given to standardize the use of "the organ's code name" in permission request document. |
