| 摘 要： | 实现农村剩余劳动力的有序流动,既是涉及农民自身利益的重要问题,也是事关整个经济和社会发展的重要课题。农村剩余劳动力有序流动对社会经济协调发展起着重要作用,但在目前的实际工作中存在较多的问题,必须结合实际进行分析,并找到有效的解决方法。
