| 摘 要： | 经济适用住房是具有保障性质的商品房,但由于政策设计的模糊性和建设管理上的不规范性,以致这一政策在实施过程中相当程度地"失灵";要解决好这一问题,必须进一步完善经济适用住房的科学定位和设计标准,加强其建设和管理.

| Abstract: | China economic house is a kind of commercial house provided with social security.Owing to the fuzziness in policy design and non-standardization in construction and management,the phenomenon of policy loosing control,to a greater extent,arose in the process of implementation.Some measures should be taken to further perfect its scientific orientation and designing standards. |
