| 摘 要： | 数据库作为信息社会的重要信息源和传播工具,需要得到切实的法律保护.关于数据库保护模式的热烈争议日趋平静,各国立法者又重新回到起点.本文试分析了当今世界各国数据库保护的三种主要模式,并在此基础上提出了我国目前数据库保护应做出的现实选择.

This thesis has analyzed three kinds of modes of database protection of countries all over the world and carries on pros and cons and comments separately .The thesis then proposes the choice that our country should make at present on the foundation of the above analysis. |
