谈贵州银行监管现存问题及其对策

随着改革开放的进程和中国加入WTO,中国金融行业的发展形势对中国银行监管提出了更高的要求,银行业的监管体制、监管力度及监管效用成为大家关注的焦点。因此,完善银行监管体制,加强银行监管力度成为银行监管工作中的首要任务;本文将以贵州银行监管为例,针对贵州银行监管工作中存在的问题,并寻求其对监管工作实施的落实,进一步在金融工作中营造法制化的环境,有利于发挥银行监管的作用,有利于银行业的发展。

A Discussion on Some Current Problems about the Countermeasures of Bank Monitoring in Guizhou Province

With the development of reform and opening and China's entering into the WTO,China has a higher demand for its bank monitoring with the development of its financial industry.The monitoring system in the bank,its effect and efficiency have become the focus of our attention nowadays.Therefore,it is our first task to perfect the monitoring system of a bank and strengthen the supervision.In this paper,we will illustrate some existing problems in the banks of Guizhou and present some solutions to them so as to improve the legal system in our financial work,and give a full play to bank monitoring system and to the healthy development of the bank.
