| Abstract: | As super-national international organizations, the European Communities took part in the multilateral trading system in GATT times. After the founding of the WTO, the EC and its member states become members of the WTO and promote the development of the free trade. From the perspective of the law of international organizations, the EC and the WTO have much in common, but they still have obvious differences in many aspects. |
