防止金融危机,必须首先防范和化解金融风险.尽管产生金融风险的原因及应采取的对策措施很多,但要想通过防止或减少金融风险,促进我国金融业乃至我国整个国民经济快速、健康、持续的向前发展,当前最重要的是从法律意识、立法、守法、执法、追究法律责任等方面分析产生金融风险的原因,并采取相应的法律对策.

Legal Issues of Preventing Financial risks

To prevent financial crisis, efforts must be made to first prevent and overcome financial risks. Though there are many causes for financial risks and corresponding countermeasures, it is essential that causes for financial risks be analyzed and legal countermeasures be taken in terms of such aspects as legal consciousness, legislation, law abiding, law enforcement, and investigation of liability, and addressing issues of international financial affairs in order to prevent and reduce financial risks and promote the rapid, healthy, and sustained development of the financial industry in China and the overall national economy.
