| 摘 要： | 文章采用主成分分析方法对新疆人口、资源、环境与经济系统作综合评价。结果显示：经济系统和人口系统得分高，上升趋势显著；其次是资源系统；得分低且不稳定的是环境系统。在测算系统对系统、系统间协调系数和协调发展系数后，得出结论：各类协调系数都在不同程度上升，但是制约新疆人口、资源、环境与经济协调发展的最大因素是资源与环境系统的协调性。

| Abstract: | This paper, making use of the componential analysis evaluates comprehensively the population, resources, environment and the economy of Xinjiang. The result shows that the economie and the population system gets a high score, and bears a significant upward trend, while the resources system comes next. The environmental system with low scores is unstable. The critical element, which constrains the coordinated development of population, resources, environment and economy is the coordination of resources and environment. |
