期货经纪公司业务转型探索

目前,我国期货市场已进入一个稳步发展的阶段。但作为期货市场的主要主体的期货经纪公司仍存在着业务模式单一、赢利方式简单的问题。本文分析了期货公司的特点及其发展面临的挑战,对其几种业务转型模式进行了评论,并针对在期货经纪公司的业务转型时监管方应注意的问题提出了建议。

The Exploration of Futures Broken Company's Operation Transition

At present, China's futures broker market has run to the phase of developing smoothly.However,as the main member of the market, the futures broker companies are still facing the following problem: single-crop farming and simple way of profit-making. To solve these problems, this essay tries to analyse the characteristics of the futures companies as well as the challenge they are facing, then makes commend on the modes of transition in futures companies.Finally, it brings forward the advice to the supervisor on how to regulate the companies in the process.
