| 摘 要： | 从信息化的一般定义、国民经济和社会信息化及国家信息化3个层面诠释了"信息化"概念,在此基础上提出了信息化的理论模型。根据中国信息化发展的历史进程及规律,给出了中国信息化发展进程、发展战略、发展方针、发展目标和发展速度5个方面的特征。

On basic meaning and general feature of Chinese informationization |

| Abstract: | The concept of informationization is annotated and the theoretical model is established based on three aspects of the definition of informationization,economic and social informationization and national informationization.According to the historical process and regularity of Chinese informationization,five developing features are put forward,which are the process,strategy,principle,goal and speed. |
