| 摘 要： | 在我国各种考试中,作弊行为无所不在,且呈现出愈演愈烈之势。这不仅是对其他人权利的侵犯,更是对国家教育制度和人才选拔机制的破坏。仅靠道德的教化不能杜绝作弊行为的发生,有必要制定专门的法律对考试领域进行规范和制约。

| Abstract: | There are cheating activities in all kinds of examinations,and the trend of it is more and more serious. The activity of cheating in examination not only infringes on the rights of hte others,but also undermines the system of deucation and selection of talent.The activity of cheating cant be forbidden with education in ethics.Therefore,it is necessary to make a special law to curb all examinations. |
