| 摘 要： | 科技应用合理性的核心应当是合目的性和合规律性的统一。因此,应当遵循目的性优先、结果合理性优先、可持续发展以及科学精神和人文精神相统一的原则。在实现路径上,要确立科学的生态意识观,保证科技应用的决策与评价合理化,改革和完善相关法律制度和社会体制。

| Abstract: | A typical manifestation of the rationality principle is the integration of two aspects: attainment of goal and conformity with law. To achieve this, it is important to abide by the following principles of a) prioritizing goal; b) prioritizing the aptness of outcome; c) sustainable development; and d)the unity of scientific attitude and humane spirit. The decision-maker, therefore, should employ the concept of ecological balance to rationalize his/her decision-making pertaining to the application of science and technology as well as the assessment of its consequence. More than that, laws and social institutions that are related to the application should be bettered. |
