| 摘 要： | 已出版的农业高校社科版学报,普遍存在办刊宗旨不明确,学报定位不准;栏目设计失偏,刊物内容失重;无特色,质量;水平偏低的问题.导至这些问题的存在原因是宗旨的内涵把握有限,定位缺少依据,特色意识及其构建的理论水平低,质量提高受到观念的制约.对此,本文予以论述.
