| 摘 要： | 独立学院是高等教育改革创新的组织形式之一。文章从公共服务和非营利组织理论的视角出发,通过分析独立学院非营利性组织的定位,论证其固有的公益性、公平性等特点,从而指出在我国高等教育大众化进程中,独立学院具有不可替代的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The independent institute was one of the higher-education-reform organization forms.This article standed the standpoint of theory of public service and non-profit organization and explicated that the independent institute should be a non-profit organization.The article also proved its inherent public welfare and fairness characteristics.The author expected that the independent institute had the positive role which could not be substituted in higher-education popularity advancement in our country. |
