| 摘 要： | 采取问卷调查、文献调研、观察和访谈相结合的模式,对皖西地区农村进行实地调查,根据调查对象、调查类型分为农村居民问卷、农村食品经销单位问卷和农村食品经销个人问卷,内容围绕"如何加强农村地区食品市场监管"展开,对获得的调查资料进行统计分析,揭示农村流通领域食品安全存在的问题,并分析其原因,以期供国家及相关部门出台有关政策借鉴.

| Abstract: | In this paper,an investigation in Western Anhui is described,which was performed by means of polls,literature,observation and conservation.The polls were carried out in villagers and distribution companies respectively,and the questions were about how to strengthen the supervision of foods market in countryside.The data is also analyzed statistically in order to solve the safety problem of the foods distributed in countryside.The paper may be used for reference for government policy. |
