自然的经济贡献及其GDP显示

自然的消极贡献产生人类经济活动,自然的积极贡献是人类经济活动的产物,自然随着人类经济活动规模的扩大正在逐渐变成一个人化了的世界。人类的福利水平越来越依赖于人自身的经济活动能力及其产出水平,灾害、贫困随着人均GDP的增长逐渐远去,人的生活质量包括环境质量随着人均GDP的增长逐渐改善。GDP核算理念是对人及其需要的多样性的尊重,超出法律用任何一种标准或任一群体的偏好将经济产出区分为有益的和有害的,不仅是很困难的,而且也是很危险的。缓解资源约束、实现可持续发展的根本途径不是放慢资源开发而是提高经济发展质量,对现行GDP进行绿色调整的主张至少是不必要的。

The Economic Contribution of Nature and Its GDP Expression

The negative contribution of nature leads to human's economic activities, and its positive construction is the outcome of these activities. Nature is gradually becoming a personalized world with the extension of human's economic activities. Human's welfare level depends on the ability of human's economic activities and productivity more and more. With the growth of per capita GDP, disaster and poverty are disappearing by and by, and human's living quality, including that of the environment, is being improved. GDP accounting principle respects human beings and their various needs. It is difficult and dangerous to classify the economic output as useful and harmful using any kind of standard and preference of some community regardless of the law. Therefore, the basic way that alleviates the resources stipulation and carries out the sustainable development does not mean to slow down resource development, but to improve economy development quality. So it is unnecessary to take the current green GDP adjustment into action.
