| 摘 要： | 集体企业在我国的经济体系中一直是国有经济的附庸。随着我国经济体制改革的深入 ,集体企业不仅可以成为国民经济新的增长点 ,而且应当成为国民经济新的增长点。但是 ,集体企业的发展途径又不能简单地模式化 ,而应当依照科学管理原则 ,深入分析其自身的发展战略 ,大胆进行制度创新 ,才能成为适应市场经济要求的强企业。

| Abstract: | The collective enterprise has been an appendage of the state owned economy in the Chinese economic system. With the development of the reform of our economic system, the collective enterprise might be a new focus of the national economy, and it should be. Rather than simply copying,in developing the collective enterprise we should obey the rules of scientific management, analyze its own development strategy and go on with the system reform; this may help the collective enterprise turn into a competitive one adapted to the demands of the market economy. |
